Description

These 2x2x48" L-channel edge protectors are constructed from .160" thick fiberboard and pre-printed with bold red "DO NOT DOUBLE STACK" handling instructions, communicating load restrictions directly to warehouse workers, freight handlers, and carriers at every point in the supply chain. The L-shaped profile fits flush along pallet and load corners, reinforcing edges against compression damage during transit and storage.

Designed for use with stretch film or strapping, these edge protectors are used in food and beverage distribution, building materials logistics, industrial manufacturing, and any operation shipping fragile or weight-sensitive pallet loads. The integrated printed message ensures handling instructions remain visible and intact throughout shipment without requiring separate labels or signage.

Constructed from .160" thick fiberboard, the rigid profile resists crushing under strap tension while maintaining clean corner contact. This product is sold by the skid at 2,240 units per order and requires freight delivery.
