These 3 x 5 inch pre-opened poly bags on a roll combine fast product insertion with clean perforated tear-off, making them well suited for both manual packing stations and automated bagging lines. Manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film, they carry FDA and USDA approval for food-contact applications.
The convertible core accommodates 1-inch to 3-inch spindles, allowing direct compatibility with industry-standard automatic bagging equipment without adapters. That flexibility makes these rolls practical for food production, pharmaceutical fulfillment, hardware distribution, and retail merchandise packaging where throughput and equipment standardization matter.
At 2 mil thickness, the film delivers reliable puncture resistance for lightweight parts, components, and general merchandise. Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or an impulse sealer. Each roll contains 2,000 bags and is sold by the roll.
