These 40 x 60 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 4 mil thickness, delivering substantial puncture resistance and optical clarity suited to large-format packaging. Each bag is pre-opened at one end, pre-sealed at the other, and perforated between units for fast, consistent tear-off during high-volume runs.
The roll core converts from 1 inch to 3 inches, making these bags compatible with standard automatic packaging equipment used in distribution centers, third-party logistics operations, furniture and bedding fulfillment, and industrial parts packaging. The FDA- and USDA-approved film also supports food-adjacent and regulated-environment applications where film compliance is required.
