7 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2" Korrvu® Retention Packaging

The 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 2" Korrvu® Retention Packaging kit combines a corrugated outer carton with an elastomeric film inner assembly that locks products securely to a flat, corrugated insert. The film stretches to entrap the item, absorbing shock and limiting movement without foam inserts or loose fill. To load, side flaps fold upward to loosen the film and open an insertion pocket; folding them back down tensions the film and locks the product in place.

The clear film provides product visibility through the packaging, making contents identifiable without opening the carton — a practical advantage for electronics, precision components, replacement parts, and other damage-sensitive items moving through e-commerce fulfillment, distribution centers, or retail replenishment channels.

The outer carton is constructed from ECT-32 corrugated board and ships flat to minimize warehouse storage space until needed. Each unit is sold as a single kit, allowing quantities to be matched directly to operational demand. Parcel-friendly.
