This foam hazardous material shipper kit is engineered to contain and transport two one-gallon F-style cans in full compliance with UN/DOT packaging standards. The kit ships complete with a pre-assembled 275# corrugated carton, two F-style cans with caps, and die-cut foam inserts that immobilize containers during transit. UN certification number 4G/Y51.4/S meets UN/USA D.O.T. approval requirements, and mandatory DOT warning information is printed directly on the carton exterior.

This kit is suited for solvents, thinners, paints, adhesives, and other regulated liquids that require certified hazardous material packaging. It is appropriate for chemical manufacturers, industrial distributors, coatings suppliers, and any operation shipping Class 3 flammable liquids or similarly regulated products in F-style containers.

The carton is constructed from 275#, delivering greater compression and burst resistance than standard single-wall grades — a meaningful advantage when palletizing or stacking shipments of liquid hazardous materials. Per CFR 49 178.601B, the shipper bears responsibility for selecting packaging appropriate to the specific contents and for proper final closure. Sold as a single kit.
