These 6 x 8 inch poly bags on a roll are made from 100% virgin film at 1.32 mil thickness, delivering consistent puncture resistance and optical clarity. The convertible core shifts from 1 inch to 3 inches, making the roll compatible with both standard and industrial automatic packaging machinery.
Each bag arrives pre-opened at one end and pre-sealed at the bottom, eliminating manual prep on the line. Perforations between bags enable quick, clean tear-off in manual and automated packing environments. FDA and USDA approved film makes these bags suitable for food-contact applications as well as pharmaceutical packaging, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution.
Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or an impulse sealer, giving operators flexibility in how they finish each package. Each roll contains 1,750 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
