These 3 x 6 inch poly bags on a roll are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at 2.8 mil thickness, delivering reliable puncture resistance and consistent optical clarity. Each bag arrives pre-opened at one end and pre-sealed at the other, eliminating manual prep and keeping insertion fast during both hand-packing and automated line operations.
The convertible core accommodates 1-inch to 3-inch arbors, making these rolls compatible with standard automatic packaging equipment. Perforations between each bag allow fast, clean tear-off, reducing handling time on high-volume lines in fulfillment centers, food processing facilities, light manufacturing, and retail distribution environments.
Film carries FDA and USDA approval for food-contact applications. Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or heat-sealed using an impulse sealer. Each roll contains 1,500 bags.
